If his arm sucks... don't draft him. End of conversation.

I don't see that happening.

Many don't, but they are basing the longevity on an outdated norm. Brees and Brady are clearly outliers in a time that all QB's are projected as playing longer.

If you are 45+ years, you're laughing at comments Brees & Brady make regarding playing till they're 45yo...

I'll say this, I'm surprised and admit I'm wrong in that I thought Brees would have seriously degraded by now - they're both a Testament to Modern Kinesiology...

(Though I still think that two week/six interceptions spell was the beginning of dead arm and the subsequent up-tick in rushing plays the following weeks took the load off)...

And some friendly advice to you younger "invincible" cats, when it starts to go, it's not a slow taper, it's a cliff...

But I'm elated that Brees is still playing at an All-Pro level even if he's cursed by playing for a small, disrespected market and doesn't get the national recognition...

Yep,you dont go downhill curve when you are done
You just fall quickly and painfully. A mans body drops off quickly as testosterone levels fall from the late 30s into your 40s. That is why those that perform late are so highly regarded. You dont get many Bernard Hopkins, Randy Coutores and Dan Hendersons in sports

I know this is calling someone a winner or gamer is normally a dumb phrase but I feel like it actually applies to Watson. Arm strength or not, this guy is plain and simple, a winner.

I wouldn't want the saints to draft him, just because I feel like we should address other concerns, but still... the dude wins..

His team wins.

Danny Weurfell is a great example of not putting a college team's record into the equation.

Winning in College does not equate to winning in the NFL.
