Sometimes God keeps you from screwing yourself - Thankfully he sent us Jeff Ireland to save Payton/Mickster from themselves...

I've never seen a greater coach handicap himself more with personnel moves than Sean Payton...

7-9, 7-9, 7-9 is what happens when you give someone absolute organizational power - we're a Republic and that means checks and balances...

It was GOD himself ONLY! That kept us from getting Foster, remember the kid hung up on us cause the 49ers called and told him that they we're trading up to pick him. Red flags popped up then on his maturity, his agent should've told him not to come out arrogant and disrespectful to a team that down the line might be in negotiations to pick you up if you by chance realeased. IF HE BECOMES AVAILABLE, SAINTS PLEASE STAY AWAY

So happy we didn’t draft this turd. I was saying from the get go what a waste of a pick it would be. You don’t go out and sign 3 lbs to draft one in the first. We got what might end up being the two best rd 1’s in saints history. Obviously we won’t know for a few years but the kids are studs

I recall the story from the medical staffer who said Reuben Foster yelled at him saying "Don't you know who I am???"
