I didn't really compare him to Tull, just said that Tull had a high number of sacks just like Hendrickson so I hope he turns out better.

I'm warming up to the picks the more I look into it, just wish we had solidifed the pass rush earlier.

Im guessing its going to be rotation,rotation,rotation at the DE spot opposite Cam. Kikaha,Okafor and Hendrickson just coming in and out all game keeping it fresh. Well unless someone seperates from the pack

I love the first three picks,like Kamara but we need to be making the playoffs for it to pan out.


Sadly the way the draft went it looks like we could have gone DE first and got a starting calibre CB in R2 or 3 but its done now so lets get on with it

Haha no worries dude, Nola.com have plenty of knuckle heads posting on their fan portion.

Solidifying the pass rush earlier would have cost us a value pick. Which one of them would we sacrifice? As has been pointed out several times, we may have more than we realize already on the roster.

Personally, I would have replaced Ramczyk for a pass rusher. I certainly hope we have some on the roster, as it will be 2014-2016 all over again if not.

I have a feeling that Ramcyzk with his athleticism beats out Strief... Now we hope that we have an adequate pass rusher already on the roster. I feel Okafor may surprise

So you are saying none of the many other improvements to the defense will have any positive effect whatsoever? One pass rusher that you wanted makes all the difference in the world? For all you know Ramczyk will contribute more to the 2017 success than would a pass rusher taken in the same spot.

Not sure there was a pass rusher at 32 worth taking there

Going to be a really interesting battle in camp

WR 4 Corey Fuller vs Bradon Coleman

RT Strief vs Ramczyk

FS Bell vs Williams

SS Think Bush may move there to battle Vaccaro

CB 2/3 Williams,Lattimore/Moore

CB5/6 Crawley,Swann,Harris

Linebackers - Should be very interesting who end up as the starting 3 and i fully expect to often see 2 on the field with 3 safety sets

No, I'm not saying that. I just said if I could switch one pick, I'd go for a pass rusher over Ramczyk.

No, you said that if we don't have a pass rusher already on the roster that were looking at 2014-16 again, or 7-9. That means that all the other additions mean nothing, right? I know you didn't think before you posted that. I was just pointing it out.

I was talking more about not being able to affect the passer, just like 2014-2016. So if 7-9 comes with that, then yeah.

Well, hopefully having Rankins for the full season, Fairley in his second year in the system, the new DL coaching staff, Kikaha returning, the addition of Okafor, a healthy secondary, a more athletic LB corps, the best CB in the draft and an offense that can extend drives will have some impact.

I knew we would find a player to fit the sproles role. Payton uses to type of RB to create matchups a d force defenses to reveal coverages.It's a perfect fit for a player and our Offense. I would have used this pick for Jordan Willis KState DE. But I understand the pick.

I really liked our draft. I specifically liked the picks in the secondary, we're gonna have a top 5 secondary very soon, mark my words.
