Re: Saints should count their blessings as Marshon Lattimore falls right in their lap
I'm extremely confident in him. Y'all know I've been Reuben Foster crazy for the past several months, so it would have had to taken a special talent for me to beat the drum for another player. Marshon Lattimore is going to be special. I'm more concerned with Delvin Breaux staying healthy than Lattimore, plus he's closing in on 30 years old. We still need another corner whether we trade for one or draft one. I still wouldn't mind kicking the tires on Sam Shields.

Re: Saints should count their blessings as Marshon Lattimore falls right in their lap
Lattimore needs to take care of those hammies before playing any snaps in training game and well before game time. I think Special K is a replacement for LT or RT depending on which one suits him more. He can play either and this was our best pick so far. The second and third rounds are the make are break for our draft. 42, 76 and 103. WE WILL GET SOME GOOD ONES FOR SURE!

Re: Saints should count their blessings as Marshon Lattimore falls right in their lap
Derek Rivers, DE/OLB, Youngstown State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 248. Arm: 32.75. 40 Time: 4.61. Projected Round (2017): 2-4. 4/26/17: Rivers ran fast at the combine and showed some athleticism. As a senior, he totaled 58 tackles with 19.5 tackles for a loss, 14 sacks, one forced fumble and one pass batted. Rivers showed his pass-rush skills with eight sacks as a junior and 13 as a sophomore. He could end up being a second-day pick. What about this guy at some point today? |

Re: Saints should count their blessings as Marshon Lattimore falls right in their lap
Only 9 teams pick ahead of us tonight. Jordan Willis, Carl Lawson, Tim Williams, Malik McDowell....Zach Cunningham...Obi M., Budda Baker, Kevin King. 90% of these guys can get after the passer and some are better vs the run, but just as valuable. All of them cannot be drafted before we get to them.
We still have more Christmas gifts to unwrap shortly... |
