You gain being realistic, if all you do is polish **** sandwiches all day people will keep handing you a **** sandwich. There is a slow movement to stop that because companies are finding nothing is improving and everyone is scared to face the difficulties the company faces. Complaining is different than being honest. I am just not going to run around and be full of crap because it is positive and I can pretend I live at willy wonkas house and my **** sandwich is good.

Sean been losing a lot lately and a whole ton of people have been losing their job. They call that recognizing your ass is going soon too if you keep on losing, and it is :) I am healthier than you boss so being critical is completely acceptable and beneficial.
