At this point let's package Lasco, Murphy, and Cadet for 1/2 a pound of vicodin?

Last year we traded a conditional 7th rounder for a nobody DE. Didn't work out and it ended up costing us nothing. I'd be thrilled to get a similar deal for Cadet.

By the way, Cadet had more receiving TD's last season than anyone on the Jets roster not named Quincy Enunwa. I think they could see a little value there.

I think Lasco has a lot of potential and is a great asset with the ST, so I'd like to see the Saints hold on to him for as long as possible.

He could develop into a Deuce type punishing RB for the Saints, and if you watch his college tape - he runs hard, but with surprisingly good vision and cut ability.

I could see a pairing of Lasco and Kamara being what Deuce and Bush were for the Saints as a 1-2 punch. Lasco needs to stay healthy and learn as much as he can from Ingram and AP, and maybe it could happen for him.

I haven't seen anything out of Lasco to impress me, especially when it comes to carrying the ball. He only had 11 carries for 32 yards on the season. That 2.9 per carry average was even better than the preseason when he got far more work. He carried the ball 12 times in game two of the preseason for only 24 yards.

Remember Pierre Thomas didn't show much his first season as a RB in the Saints system either.

But I will remind you of the dumpster fire our O line looked like in pre season last yr.

He was a good ST contributor last yr. Not ready to bail on him yet.

He was a terrific gunner for sure, who clearly isn't afraid of contact.

A special teams tackle can make a big difference in field position and an outcome of a game. Lasco did well there last season.

That... and the momentum swings big gunner tackles can provide for their team.
