I read up on it some. It's not as dangerous as we might think. He while rare it isn't unknown. It is an incomplete disc at C1. That is the disc at he very top of the spinal column. It is actually inside of the helmet and one of the most protected areas of the spinal column.

We already have plenty of depth at LB. I do wish him luck wherever he does land ... as long as it is no one we face the year.

Actually, I think Davison would fill Fairleys role as a run stopper. I believe that Onyamata is better against the pass. We don'tknow what we have in Zimmer but we have been successful raiding other teams practice squads.
