I have to admit that I don\'t see the point in further structuring a debate or discussion, but then again, I wouldn\'t have to participate either so do what you wish.

I have an idea for more participation on this forum by the members for a little while and since you seem to be looking for new things , I\'ll tell you what it is so you can ridicule me for a while.

I thought what would be helpful and informative is if each NFL team was assigned a member from this board. That member would monitor his team\'s fan sites , official site and local new sites and report things of interest back to us here. A little of this has gone on before, but a more concerted effort would help get some info out.

For instance, we recently have had some rumors about trading howard to Oakland for PB and a 2nd. The member who got Oakland would go to fan sites and ask their opinions and check local news and the official site for anything.

We obviously wouldn\'t ban anyone else from doing the same, but at least we\'d know somebody was \"responsible\" for Oakland and was looking into it.

That\'s pretty much it. I know it\'s not earth shattering, but I do think it would add some interesting info to the forum. I\'d say that if we went this route we\'d need some of the more frequent posters to take our division foes and ask that all involved report in an unbiased manner as much as possible.

I\'ll take Detroit.

Umm, that\'s a damn good idea, Scotty. I like that more than the debate idea. Maybe ask Halo if he\'ll segregate it so it doesn\'t cloud the Saints portion of the site. I\'ll take the Cowboys, since i live here, it would be easy.

I guess we\'ll just wait and see what kind of interest there\'ll be for this sort of thing before I\'ll ask Halo to go into any additional site changes to accomodate this.
