Agree. I would rather them not rush him back so we have him for the long haul. I have a feeling Armstead is going to be expendable next year.

Well, it's because of that importance, I wouldn't have played him those last few games when this first started...

When I was in college, I worked at Tulane Medical to pay my way through school which included working weekends on an Ortho unit...

Very familiar with Lisfranc injuries; in fact the Ortho doctors there were very precise to call the Lisfranc an injury vs a fracture...

The dislocation is as significant as the fracture should that occur as there's minimal bone area to anchor the recovery...

Very painful and time off (e.g. weight+time > off) was one of the keys in recovery...

Like Hagan said, let him come back when he's ready, not because the schedule says it Game 1...
