Hadn\'t really heard of any financial woes for the Jags. As long as the Saints take care of their situation and stay, I wouldn\'t care one way or another.

Maybe 3 teams in FLA is too much.

Sounds like good news to me, especially since the LA Saints rumors seem to have died down a bit. Given history, whoever gets moved to LA is gonna regret it (just ask Al Davis).

Are the Jags negotiating with the state? Are there any demands they have that aren\'t being met? That\'s the only reason LA ever gets mentioned in the same sentence as an NFL team. The Vikings, Saints, and Colts aren\'t unprofitable - their states weren\'t bending over and taking what the owners\' asked. Thus, LA is the brought into it.

If a team in LA was truly as important to the league as is made out, a team would be there. I\'m starting to feel confident that LA is exactly what the league wants - a bargaining chip. LA is to the league as the boogie man is to a parent - if you don\'t behave, LA will get you! I don\'t care how big and wealthy LA is - there is no market for an NFL team there. Look at the demographics - Hollywood/beautiful people types only go to games to be seen (a la the Lakers). LA has a huge hispanic population, which is more concerned with the other type of futbol. They\'ve proven that they don\'t support teams not called \"Lakers,\" especially NFL teams. I doubt a team will be there any time soon - LA is far move valuable as a threat than as an NFL city.
