I was pretty much traumatized by the huge scar that remains to today, not to mention hearing the doctors telling my parents while I was on the way to the operating room that there was probably a one in four chance of saving my leg. It took quite some time to forget that scar. I didn't even want to hear about it. Now, some 44 years later I accept it and everything about me with no reservations.![]()
Then I was smacked again when I got the call from my doctor that the lab had found cancer. I hope to God that you never have to be smacked in that way. I mean that. So forgive me if I have an issue with people making fun of other's unwanted misfortunes. I would hope that as a special education teacher that you would have more sympathy and empathy than that. |

Always minding other people's post. Worry about Larry, not everyone else on this board. You're an old man so I am going to leave it alone, but you're an unrelenting ***** and I am not talking about me. I am talking about you attacking many people on this board. Worry about Larry.

B. I love how you consistently look for opportunities to tell us all about your trials and tribulations in order for people to know how hard you have had it. Guess what, we have all had tragedy but don't feel the need to insert it into every post we make. You are simply a narcissist who wants everything to eventually be about you. C. No I was not there but I have spent my life working along with some of the most competitive people out there and we all rip each other to shreds. Real men can take it and give as good as they get. It creates a bond that helps you work harder as a team. And god help them if any of the competition tries to **** with your people. I wasn't there but I bet he is better for it because his teammates rib him about it. I'm sure he's got dirt on them too and he's not afraid to come back on them with there's. It's a respect thing but that's something you know nothing about. You seem to think you gain respect by telling everyone how tough you have had it. That doesn't earn respect, it earns pity. I don't share anything negative that happens to me in social media or message boards , don't "check in" at hospitals on FB, and don't make "please pray for" post to strangers. They have nothing to offer. |
