Re: Saints Preseason Defense!
It can, but being deep on the front line would help in this case, but we're not deep on the front on the D or the O. I'm hoping to get Vita Vea next season to ease alot of those problems, at least one side of it.

Re: Saints Preseason Defense!
That's BS because we've got Onyemata; there are only 53 roster spots, you can only keep so many players per position...
If you p*ssed and moaned about every position you've had injuries, then by that logic, we'd have four long snappers on the roster... Sh*t happens. And that's why most teams put a premium on players who can play multiple positions, like Onyemata... |

Re: Saints Preseason Defense!
I actually think they should expand the rosters thou. Let teams carry 58 or something like that. It would give teams a little more flexibility and maybe allow a guy who gets banged up to rest a week or two before getting back to it rather than getting put on IR.

Re: Saints Preseason Defense!
The early indications are that we will be better on defense. Just how much depends on how well the front line fares early in the game. Can we continue this trend upwards into the regular season? I hope so.

Re: Saints Preseason Defense!
The Vikings offensive line isn't the greatest, so that's good news...
