I like Kenny V but he never makes the big game changing play the forced fumble... int... he makes the tackle yeah... after the ball is caught... but he will be gone after this season anyway... if we could get something actually to help another position I'm all about it !

Did not bring to the table what was projected. He's average. The big plays are not there from where he was pulled. Not bad but certainly nothing special.

That's fair... I did sound rude. I apologize for that. I've just kind of soured on Vaccaro quite a bit and that PED suspension put it over the edge. When we didn't reach a long-term deal with him before the season I had a feeling he was a goner.

A change of scenery and scheme might do him wonders, as was the case with Jenkins.

For example, replace Sendejo from the Vikes with Vaccaro and he probably would end up getting some pro bowl nods.

I do like some aspects of the player Vaccaro is, but maybe it's just the potential I like rather than what the reality is.

KV is a great safety in a 3 safety. I love him as a pest. But is he worth the market value for a team with so pieces still needed?

There won't be any drop-off from Vaccaro to Vonn Bell. Trade Vaccaro, gain roughly $5 million in cap space and a good draft pick. Then sign Erik Harris back off the Raiders practice squad for depth.

I am ok trading him.

I don't know why we keep ignoring the fact this team needs an overhaul/rebuild. And we need to start with the Oline and Dline. People ignore that football is played in the trenches to much because they want the stud-flashy-players (role players). We need dirty/nasty big men on the lines who can block for our QB and RB's and be able to create havoc on opposing offenses. Then we can worry about the the flashy guys.

At this point everyone is expendable... including Brees. Get Houston on the phone!

Oline and dline no doubt. Agree 100%. I am not against trading him but there will be a drop off from kv to bell.

The minny game was a story about getting whooped on both sides of the ball at the line. Doesn't excuse the gaping holes on the backend, but Sam was making something to eat back there

I don't think we should trade him. We finally have some good depth at safety and they want to throw it away. Worry about signing him next year. They always make the numbers work. Keep building the team not get a foundation built and tear it down before you make the second floor.

Well, I think we now can see one of the locker room cancers. And his play today on two potential turnovers sealed it for me. He can go.

The question should be why we keep having these cancers....maybe he has something to say and a backbone. If we do move him I'm sure he will become an all pro safety.

After watching these two games I see that we don't put our players in position to make plays.
