This team needs to suck it up and play for pride. Each-one-of-them. One-game-at-a-time. They need to refuse to lose each game. Payton needs to remember why we used to call him the gunslinger.

Yeah I want to see him get out of this.
The problem is that a lot of people don't want to be honest with themselves and admit we are in dire need or a rebuild. We have essentially started the rebuild but apparently fee can see that. No one wants to toss a Hall of Fame QB away. This team needs a rebuild fromt the ground up. |

Re: Sean Payton faces greatest challenge in coaching career to turn around these Saints
If we expect miracles from this organization I think we are all in denial. There comes a time when you have to make a call. I think Benson is just too old (And Loyal to Loomis/Payton) to have to deal with this and giving the reins to Gail will be another tragedy. I wish his family would have won the lawsuit and we would have been in better shape to rebuild. If someone was to step up and buy the team it would be the best. My ideal is someone will but that would be linked to the team to be moved. I am going to keep watching to see how this goes but refuse to break out the paper bags. I would rather see them go than for that to happen. Take the Pelican's with them and open a Nascar stadium.
