Saints Trade LB Stephone Anthony to Dolphins

How do we always seem to miss on 1st round picks. If you pick someone in the 1st round aren't they supposed to work out most of the time?

We've really got to get that front office of Lauscha and Loomis replaced; need a real strong GM, Finks type; but with a geriatric owner, realistically, will anything happen?

Did we miss? Look at his first season production. Guess as the information becomes declassified, we'll get all the juice on what was really going on...

Or maybe Loomis, Sean Payton etc don't know what they are doing as it relates to drafting defensive players. If they keep changing the type of defense to run every other year, we will most certainly never find players that "fit".

Good luck to Stephone in Miami. A change of scenery could do him some good.

If Anthony was not able to break into the LB rotation he was simply a waste of a roster spot. Getting anything for him is better than nothing. We have Armstead and Strief on the active roster and need room in the meantime. The move makes perfect sense. Te'o has made Anthony totally expendable.
