I think Carolina is a good team that we just came out and smoked at home last week. Once they lost to us the pundits started saying Carolina mustn't be so good, but that's all an excuse. Our defense is playing good ball and our offense is much more effective.
No turnovers vs. hauling in turnovers on defense has helped a lot, especially the past two weeks. |

That has been the trick if you want to beat the Panthers. Cam is trying to be a pocket QB, but it really isn't his nature. Most of his big passing games have been when he breaks the pocket and buys time for receivers to get wide open.

I didn't get to watch the game but from commentary it appears that Brees''completion numbers would have been crazy good but for the drops. (not that 71% completion is anything to sneeze at.)
We have been raving about Kamara and the D but credit has to be given to the O-line because Drew's protection has been good and getting better. |
