Next man up, Craig Robertson is a hell of a guy to consider a back up.

I've got zero problems with Robertson stepping in at this point, sucks for Anzalone but Robertson is a great player.

Losing one OLB isn't the worst injury that could occur. You have to consider today's offenses; we'll be in Nickel almost half the time anyway and thus only need 2 LB on the field.

Don't like it for depth reasons. Anzalone was energetic.

Yeah let's not forget that some, whom I shall not even mention by name for karma reasons, were coming from injury as well...

Not like we have a bunch of Timex watches running around out there

Aw man. Sucks only because I was really hoping he was going to have an awesome year! I trust Robertson, but was really hoping Anzalone could turn into a solid LB for us for several years.

Still have high hopes for him...although they are a bit dampened now.

Can he be taken off IR at some point this season? One of you rule guru's should know.

As far as I know the rule is that any 2 players can come back from IR. You don't have to designate them anymore so I suppose it'd be possible, depending on the severity of the injury
