New Orleans Saints rookie running back Alvin Kamara was a guest on FS1's First Things First on Wednesday, and the former Tennessee star stumbled into some Hall of Fame advice after the cameras stopped rolling.

In the video below, Cris Carter, the former Minnesota Vikings Hall of Fame wide receiver and one of the show's host, offered up some route-running advice to Kamara, focusing on how to fool defensive backs.

"That one's free," Carter told Kamara with a laugh after the impromptu pointers.

Turning heads through his first four NFL games, Kamara has 15 carries for 83 yards and a touchdown and has caught 20 passes for 147 yards and another score. Kamara was the 67th overall pick during the NFL Draft in April.
