Hundley's college scouting report say's...

"Internal clock is a mess. Has marginal anticipation, and appears to be lacking in ability to read defenses and create a pre-snap plan."

He might not be prepared for what he's gonna see on Sunday.

On the other hand, he's mobil and a good runner so the Saints need to be prepared to contain him.

Underhill's the best. Another great article!

The ability to escape the pocket has to be accounted for, but I think we got it.

I hope this is finally answering the criticism of Dennis Allen. And he is finally getting the tools to do what he wants. The secondary is the key to allowing the front seven (or six) to key on the QB. It wasn't given the chance to succeed last year with the way the CB corps was decimated with injuries.

Drastic improvement no doubt, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves.
We are giving up 360 yds per game, 26th in the league
We allow 48% on 3rd downs, last in the league

Lot to be happy about: pressure, TO's, fewer penalties, but no time to get complacent

The first two games were outliers. FAR different stats over the past three when defensive players were available and given a chance to begin gelling.

No doubt, but the shutout was an anomaly as well. Miami killed themselves that day

As long as we continue to improve and start getting off the field on third we'll win. Very simple

getting 3 defensive TD's doesn't hurt either

To be fair, Detroit did expose that we still have liabilities to address...

But it's the penchant for making plays INT, SK, FF that is the difference right now...

And with the way Goodell and the Flag Football Crew have limited defenses, we may only see shutouts that are self-inflicted...
