Re: On To The Bears
I think we put up another 50. Too many defects with the Bears.

Re: On To The Bears
This game is gonna be a test for the Saints run defense. Chicago runs the ball a lot. They're tied for 3rd for most rushing attempts over 6 games at 212. So far they're only had average success at 4.2 yards per and 4 rushing touchdowns. The defense could see long clock eating drives all day. We could see how the defensive rotations hold up.
I think it's funny that this author speaks highly of Chicago's defensive improvement but then says the Saints D has a long way to go. Chicago's allowing 21.6 points/game and the Saints are allowing 22.2. Only 6 tenths of one point difference. |

Re: On To The Bears
If they are truly one-dimensional like they say, or if we can MAKE them that way (force them into a passing game) they cannot win.
Another trap game? Surely not... |

Re: On To The Bears
We clamped down last week after halftime adjustments. But, the best way to force the passing game is to jump out to an early lead. Make them play catch up. And then take advantage of the rookie.

Re: On To The Bears
Hopefully I can catch this game on the cruise. The ship has a sports pub.
