Better Pick a LB Higher Than 3rd Rd.

I like probably most here wanted to see a veteran impact LB obtained in free agency. There is still faint hope of getting one via trading Howard. Otherwise it is not a great track record drafting LB's:
2001
3rd Rd, Sedrick Hodge, 6th LB chosen, backup
-------passed on Morlon Greenwood, Ed Hartwell
2002
3rd Rd, James Allen, 9th LB chosen, hoping he is starting to get it
-------passed on Larry Foote, Scott Fujita
2003
3rd Rd, Cie Grant, 14th LB chosen, career threatened by injuries
-------passed on Bradie James
Could have had Nick Barnett and Boss Bailey with picks traded for Sullivan. Stinchcomb over E.J. Henderson
2004
2nd Rd, Courtney Watson, 8th LB chosen, so far pretty good
Bockwoldt nice late round surprise.
