The schedule should be very static... Open the season with division foes, alternating home and away games and the inverse to close the season... Progress that part of the schedule each year in alternating fashion... Keep same conference rotation but have those games split after the division games and then prior to the end of season division games... Play the interconference games in the middle of the season with the current rotation of facing different non-conference divisions each season... No Thursday night games and eliminate the foreign soil games, bringing back a minor league NFL-E league to develop interests... And Bye Weeks should only be for the Weeks 7, 8, and 9 and that should be a progressive rotation (Saints seem to get a lot of early bye weeks)... |
