If Crawley can't go on Sunday, that's a real concern. He's been a solid #2 corner all season.

Not a popular opinion but I would sit Lattimore. For two weeks.

We need him 100% for the division run.

I kinda agree with you on this. After the Panthers game there’s only 4 days off before we play Atlanta on TNF. That’s 3 games in 11 days. If we hold him out until the Falcons game he’ll be more fresh and then have 10 days of rest after that.

I think I'll have to disagree. The division run starts on December 3rd against the KittyKats. Honestly, if the Saints can dominate the next 3 games, the three after that will matter a whole lot less as we'd extend our division lead against the KittyKats and Chokers by an addition game, along with sweeping the Kitties for the season.

So both Lattimore, Crawley, and everyone else who can contribute should get back on board as soon as their health allows for it. The NFC South can be virtually wrapped up by December 8th if we play our cards right.

Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good.

The goal is to win the war not the battle. He can sit for a game or two. Better to have him healthy but all these signing look awful. Think he will be out 2 games.

My point is that the next three games has the potential to win the war. Of course being out there prematurely isn't a smart move. But it's clear in the NFC this isn't the year to let off the pedal. There's likely to be a 10-6 or even an 11-5 team that doesn't make the show. And if we're stuck with a 3rd matchup with either the KittyKats or Chickens, we want it in our house.

So our best players should play as soon as they are healthy enough to play. If that's December 3rd, then that's when they should play.

That’s what I’m saying. Sit him for two weeks until we face Carolina. That’s when we’ll really need him.
