No update on Saints rookie Marshon Lattimore, who showed toughness by trying to get back in game

Not a popular opinion but I would sit Lattimore. For two weeks.

We need him 100% for the division run.

I kinda agree with you on this. After the Panthers game there’s only 4 days off before we play Atlanta on TNF. That’s 3 games in 11 days. If we hold him out until the Falcons game he’ll be more fresh and then have 10 days of rest after that.

I think I'll have to disagree. The division run starts on December 3rd against the KittyKats. Honestly, if the Saints can dominate the next 3 games, the three after that will matter a whole lot less as we'd extend our division lead against the KittyKats and Chokers by an addition game, along with sweeping the Kitties for the season.

So both Lattimore, Crawley, and everyone else who can contribute should get back on board as soon as their health allows for it. The NFC South can be virtually wrapped up by December 8th if we play our cards right.

That’s what I’m saying. Sit him for two weeks until we face Carolina. That’s when we’ll really need him.
