It wasn't the wrong call.

Cousins tried to advance the ball but his guys were covered and an ensuing rush

So he let it go

Michael Thomas was mugged on that throw to the 5 yard line - Ended up only getting 3 on that drive

Does Washington have Casper on their team? Wasn't exactly ANYONE visible even close to the ball...
