Report: Marshon Lattimore in walking boot after Saints practice
Marshon Lattimore’s status for Sunday’s critical NFC matchup doesn’t look great.
The New Orleans Saints rookie cornerback was spotted in a walking boot after Wednesday’s practice to help protect the left ankle he injured in the team’s Week 11 win over the Redskins, The Times-Picayune reports. https://www.google.com/amp/s/247spor...-110911431/Amp |
Re: Report: Marshon Lattimore in walking boot after Saints practice
We hafta sit the kid. LA is down their #1 WR anyway. We commit to the run and run it like we know we can, keep their O on the bench, wear them down, and come back healthy (win streak now at 9) and win our 10th straight at home against Scam.

Yes. I hope they keep Lattimore on "ice" too. He's too important & we'll need him when it matters most. I expect a heavy dose of the run game (assuming we aren't playing catch up) to keep Goff & his offense off the field. Having Klein & Kenny V will help.
I think we beat the Rams by double digits on Sunday. |

Stop Gurley. Their WR's are not very good so our secondary can likely handle them. Golf is also no Cousins. He has only done well against bad teams. Pretty much falls apart facing average defenses.

Keep an eye on Cooper Kupp. Promising young rookie WR who can hurt you in the passing game.

Re: Report: Marshon Lattimore in walking boot after Saints practice
It's going to be difficult from here on out without him and Okafor. I think we all know that much. We caught several teams dealing with the same stuff so what comes around goes around but we are still in decent shape. Rams are pretty beat up in the secondary and out their best WR. I'm just hoping we have enough to make the playoffs and get Lattimore back to give us boost.
