So how important is Lattimore?

We have him yesterday and we win period. In spite of playing a horrible game and in spite of bad offensive line play and a poor showing from the offense. The Rams always beat us. Even when they are ****ty. Difference is that this year they are a very good team. Up until last week they had the number 1 offense.
That being said our defense didn’t do too bad considering injury and the offense they were playing against. losing Okafor hurt. God we could have used him against Gurly.
I think we will be ok. Just stay lucky with injury and we can get 10 wins. Looks like 10-11 wins may be needed for a wild card.
We need to be ready to handle the division. Getting it done at Carolina helps!

If we even had a healthy Crawley, it's a huge difference...

Even with Sean Payton trying to pass on a highly-ranked Rams pass defense that sucks against the run...

Because, you know, Sean being Sean...

We gave up 354 passing yards yesterday.
Would be nice to have Lattimore and Crawley back in the lineup.

The team just isn't as good as other top teams in the NFC.

Better for sure.

Just not there yet.

Also, SP will always hinder the run game. Just the way it is.

I read an interesting stat a few weeks back (I think it was PFF) that stated QBs have a lower passer rating throwing @ Lattimore than throwing at the ground.

I'd say he's super important.

Super important, but I think he may be the first stone of a building block.

We desperately need a player like Cam Jordan on the opposite side, year after year he delivers with no real help.

I honestly think we need to address the future at QB via this draft. We also need better receivers, Coleman, Snead and Ginn just aren't getting it done.

Jarvis Landry will become a UFA in 2018 and he's only 24. Interested?

Absolutely interested, imagine Thomas on one side, Landry on the other, then factor in Kamara, that is dangerous.

Yeah but, how much $? Is it worth busting the checkbook for this?
