I will do a happy dance all over this place if either of our starting CBs can go, and I may need medication if both are back on the field.

The Saints must really see something big in Harris that none of us regular people can see...

Harris don't even see it. He can't cover, he can tackle but won't (probably still mentally recovering from concussion) not smart enough to diagnose and react. HE IS MORE OF A LIABILITY THAN ADVANTAGE. I seriously prefer the saints to line up with 10 than 11 if Harris the 11th option (it's like putting a billboard up to where the qb should throw) especially on 3rd down.
