Our days of owning Atlanta are over. Seven year run since 2009 of sweeping them every other year. This is not to say we will not win week 16, I doubt we lose, but we just put an end to our biggest feat outside the sb. The end of an era.

I don't know if you watched the game but...

Matt Ryan had a 55 passer rating
Their running back duo averaged 3.7 yards/carry
Julio Jones had 5 catches on 14 targets.

The falcons will be lucky if they lose by less than two touchdowns in the Dome with a full week to prepare.

Some or one, the ref(s) should be investigated and suspended for this game. Holding penalty on Crawley, roughing the qb on Rankins, defensive holding on a run play, pass interference on Lattimore, all of those calls were hog wash. Not to mention the call Leribeus that negated a field goal. Falcons made most of there 1st downs by flags. This was a hard game to lose but a even worse game to watch in defeat because of flags. Penalty on the coach for coming out on the field to demand a timeout,,smh ,,,BS

Okay, let me explain this further for you....

Until 2016, what was our record against Atlanta since 2005? 15-5.
What is our record now? 15-8

Since Matt Ryan was drafted, what was our record against Atlanta until 2016? 11-5
What is our record now? 11-8

This is our year, not next year. If Atlanta loses to TB or Carolina they will not be going to the playoffs, which will make them more determined next year. I really don't see how we don't go to the super bowl this year but this division is too competitive to be able to run over it two years in a row and have back to back shots. That's the nature of football.
