With the departure of Sammy Knight a certainty now i\'m all for picking up rodney harrison and maybe even another safety or two.. i think the saints will make a hard push for tebucky jones ..... with all the talk of a veteran mlb needed i think jones\' signing could be one of the most valuable... esp. with the uncertainty surrounding mel mitchell... nobody has really seen this kid play much and we desperately need a proven veteran at safety... having said that.. if the saints address that need AND sign a veteran mlb such as spikes or brookings preferably ..that would allow them to draft a corner and maybe a stud defesive tackle in the first round.... with all the money they have under the cap and the extra picks they should be able to turn the defense around dramatically...
