I don't know, I think he's endearing.
I remember a few years ago when they asked him if he played on Twitter and he replied something along the lines of.. "No, but when he was high school I played my fair share of Twatter". Deke was speechless. |

Re: Bobby Hebert
I'll take Hebert, clichés & all. He may not win any scholastic awards but he's truly passionate about the New Orleans Saints.
I have more respect for him than I would some pencil dick disc-jockey turned sports announcer that's never laced em' up before in their life. |

Re: Bobby Hebert
I don’t have anything against him I would much rather have him than some stats geek with no passion. He does crack me up with that stuff though.
What I can’t stand is all the commercials. Worst thing about WWL. Besides Tom Fitzmorris. |

Y'all think Booby is something, ya ain't lived if you haven't had to listen to a Buddy Diliberto post-game broadcast with song-share from Abdul D. Tentmakur...

I miss Buddy. I enjoyed the post game just as much as the game. It was like an after game party on the radio when we won.

Tied up a phone line for me for a good 3 hours. On another note do you think they could get away with Abdul the Tentmaker these days? What ever happened to that guy? |
