Report: Saints face Jets as biggest favorites in franchise history, and that might be a bad thing

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; OH GOD NOOO! LOL Seriously, though, the league wants the next game with the falcons to be hyped, so both teams will win until that game. Unless of course, they just want to punish New Orleans some more... Ok so ...

I am afraid that we will dominate in this game and play Atlanta with a slightly smaller chip on our shoulders. We need to keep a strong hold of this anger after our recent loss in a close game.

Wilkerson has been left in NY.
Coaches decision not to play him.

More good news

Sounds like Mo mailed it in on the season. One less pass rusher to deal with.

BUT for either of those games we lost when we were 14 point favorites... Had we just lost to the FailClowns. on national tv??

I think this team wants to take names & kick ass & will do so!

I'm not watching any of it. It would be more than I could take!

Y’all act like that’s all Brees ever does.
He had a tendency to force it some in the past but that was because he knew he would get 0 help on defense and the only hope of winning was to score on every possession. Besides last week he’s been pretty good about it. Hopefully he’s learned he doesn’t have to risk it anymore because he finally had help.
I’m as critical of Brees as anyone but there was plenty blame to go around.
Much of it had nothing to do with any of our players.
I wouldn’t trust the defense in OT anyway. They were done. The way players we’re getting injured every snap I would have wanted to get it over with too.

I guarantee we would have lost another player in OT

He’s never not had a tendency to force it. It’s just easier to do it when you aren’t 40.

Who says we were going to OT? He just needed to throw to a different player and away from Jones.
