We need lots of help to MISS the playoffs
I know some wisarse will tell me not to talk playoffs despite it being week 15's end, but here goes....
Usually at this point or earlier we need about a page worth of help to make the playoffs. This year we can say that about MISSING the playoffs. To miss out we have to see 1) the Saints lose out and finish 10-6 2) the Falcons win against us and win one of their other games to be 10-6 3) the Panthers win one of their last 2 games 4) the Seahawks or cowboys win out and finish 10-6 Hopefully not likely... On a positive note, win 1 game to make playoffs. Period. To win the division, there are a number of possibilities but the easiest is just to beat Atlanta and Tampa |

None of those scenarios are unlikely. The Falcons or Panthers could win out and you can say the same. Given the way we played the last couple weeks whose got the harder schedule?
I’m not confident yet. Tampa loves to play spoiler. |

Re: We need lots of help to MISS the playoffs
I think any chance of winning the SuperBowl is. Ended with that lay down in Georgia.
At 8-2 and 9-3 I felt like we were an elite team and could hang with ANYONE if we played a good game. After the last 2 weeks I think we'll be one and done - probably losing to Scum Newton or Dying Ryan in the 1st game. Compared to pre-week 3 expectations I'm ecstatic. Compared to after winning our 9th game I feel like all the tires are going flat, a rod is knocking in the motor, and the low fuel and voltage lights are on... |
