Why would being female matter? The Rams have been owned by a woman for a long time .

I think this is a very positive indication that Benson fully intends to keep the team in New Orleans. What\'s even better, is that he will be passing on the organization to somebody who will know the business. The fact that Benson\'s granddaughter is doing anything she can to learn the business as much as possible and integrate herself into any and all aspects of the organization I think shows her true commitment to this organization and the years to come.
