The Eagles look awful.

I just want the failclowns to lose and get outta here.

We can win against this Eagles team outside and the clowns have a lot of 'potential'.

I hate to say it, but so far, Philadelphia looks like they just don’t have a chance.

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

Philly looks awful to start this game. Offense is fumbling the ball (both fumbles are ones you don't expect an NFL player to fumble) and can't complete a pass. Defense can't tackle and WR's are running wide open. They can turn things around but it doesn't look promising right now. I have to say, based on what I've seen so far I'd rather play @ Philly then home against Atlanta.

When has he been "on"? He's not a very good QB. Over throws, under throws & taking sacks. Meanwhile the Falcons are gaining momentum.

Eagles have no energy right now.

Precisely. I have no idea why some would prefer to face (assuming we beat Vikes) a hot Atlanta team vs a struggling Philly QB who has 0 confidence.

I frirst thought that I would rather face Atlanta in the Dome than Philly in Philly. I’m beginning to think different. Atlanta will be a very difficult game. Philly will be extremely difficult because of the cold, open air stadium and grass turf. Drew’s doesn’t like any of that.

And all of a sudden, Philadelphia is showing signs of life.

He did break all of Drew Brees' records at the same high school in Austin. Not sure why they drafted Wentz.

he was touched before he crossed the line.

Philly is running the ball well when they aren't fumbling. However, they find a new way to make a mistake by missing an xp.

Philly with 4 fumbles, 2 of which resulted in turnovers.

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

Bad special teams play (see Rams) will have you watching from the couch next week. Philly better get it together.

not sure about that call ...

CharityMike 01-13-2018 04:38 PM

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

He didnt contact the head or kneck,...he hit the receiver in the shoulder..crap officiating as usual

You can't play safety anymore. I thought the guy hit him with his shoulder. Not his fault Sanu ducked.

Truth. It is a different game than the one I grew up watching.

refs making up for past games?

nice jump pass, though.

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

That turnover was a killer. Philly gotta dig deep & quit giving these clowns extra opportunities.

LivnaLieTimay 01-13-2018 04:45 PM

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

Every team that plays Atlanta just looks sloppy. Rams last week booted the ball twice on special teams, Philly today fumbled 4 times already and we're only in the 2nd quarter. Then you see Ryan throw pull a throw like that out of his you know what. Seems like everything is going Atlanta's way so far in these playoffs.

Doesn't change your point but that last turnover was not a fumble.

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

Foles has no touch on the ball.

Punt.

LivnaLieTimay 01-13-2018 04:51 PM

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

And a missed wide open receiver on 3rd down then a punt into the endzone. Philly doing everything possible to lose this game.

Re: Divisional Round Game Day Thread

The Eagles success was generated by Carson Wentz, they are a totally different team without him.
