What will we do next year about Sean Payton out-coaching himself. Players get better with experience. Coaches who fail to learn from experience don't get better. They just hope to get lucky.

We would have got slaughtered by the pats. Best to step aside and watch either the Vikes or Eagles get their head chopped off.

This season by far exceeded my expectations. What looked bleak from the start turned out to be a very exciting one. I haven’t watched this many football games in a few years... both Saints and collectively. I am thankful for that.

I doubt the Pats will get by the Jaguars; I don't want the vikes to make NFL history and be the 1st team to play a Super Bowl in their home stadium!

I would love to see the Jags beat the Pats. Good story Tom Coughlin fired by the Giants returns to Jacksonville to bring that team into contention.

The main thing I hate is we didn't get a chance to improve our away record in playoffs(chance is gone cuz we will be hosting the rest) and shut people up that the saints can't play in the cold weather.

Re: Was A Good Year

When the season started I was only hoping for a winning season and that at least a couple of our draft picks would be solid starters. After the second game, that looked like too much to wish for and I was just hoping not to be the laughing stock of the league again.

But since the second week of the division, the team exceeded everyone's expectations. We won the division, which was generally thought of as the best division in football this year. The draft class is considered by many to be the best of any team in decades. The Saints finally have a shutdown corner, a pro bowl level tackle and a dynamic running back that has the ability to score from anywhere on the field. And we were literally "in it" until time expired against the most well rounded team in the league in the second round of the playoffs.

This team showed it has heart. It would've been easy to check out at half time. Or give up after being blown out in the first two games of the season. Or given up as the injuries just kept coming. But they didn't. They kept on fighting. I loved that and am proud to be a fan of this team.

It was a fantastic year. Can't wait till next season.
