At this rate he is an instant improvement over Coleman and Bell...so I’ll say it was a need based on their production through the first three games.

Coleman has been nonexistent. Sometimes I seriously forget he’s even on the team.

That's because Bell spent more snaps on the field than Coleman ... by a decent margin.

Which in itself is not really a good sign considering the contract Coleman was given,especially considering how little Safties made this year on the whole

Agreed 110%. I'm always hoping I'll end up being wrong about players like this. But it looks like we were a little too quick on the trigger with this guy.

We can’t truly address that in free agency right now. We have to trade for that need. I don’t know who all is on the block:
