That’s why my pick would be Foles. Cousins will get a long term contract and will start with someone next year. He’s not going to pass on that opportunity just to sit behind Brees for a year or two. Same could also be said for Keenum although he has stated he models his game based on Drew. He may sit just for the opportunity to learn.
Foles would probably be willing to sit and could benifit from it. I think he would flourish under Payton.
Is there anyone in the draft worth taking? We will be later in the draft and must use the pick wisely.
Again. Brees is our guy and can get another ring but it’s gotta happen soon
