It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. Then really really awful times. We had two QB's named Billy Joe!

And Champ Bailey was landed with our 1st round pick.
Unfortunately it was with our number one that went to Washington. Funny though, Washington manage to squander every other one of our picks they wound up with on busts.

Man those were tough years. Remember we had Kerry Collins around then too. Didn't he say something rasict on a bus or something?
