Was checking in with Hagan as he hadn't replied and went to his FB page to learn that he has passed...

Really enjoy discussing the draft with y'all, but Kevin was always a whole another level of fun to read and share...

He was also great about calming things down when the heat rose in the forum - he was a Big Brother to all of us whether we realized it or naught...

Without getting too much into his personal business, he had had a full plate handling it with his usual Grace and was a loving, caring Father for his special needs son...

So much Love and Respect for my friend and draft buddy - Happy for his Peace, sad for our loss...

I'm heartbroken.

Hagan was the epitome of Saints and Friendship at B&G.com.

One of the first guys to welcome me here and reach out from time to time with thoughtful words.

I'm shocked and saddened. Hagan, I'll miss you buddy. This season will be dedicated to you man.

Wow, man. Never met Kevin personally, but through this Forum I felt as if I made a friend for life. This is sad, sad news.

May God embrace his family in comfort during this difficult time.

You have got to be kidding me?!?! I’m absolutely speechless. I was just thinking about him the other day because we haven’t had any input from him in the draft thread. I didn’t have a personal relationship with him but I learned so much from his posts over the years. Damn this hurts.

This is extremely sad news.
Kevin was a great contributor of content to this site and an awesome moderator.

He was buried near where my home is. I never knew he passed.

I don't even know what to say. Can't believe he's gone so suddenly. As others have said, I didn't personally know him, but I had a lot of respect for him. Seemed like such a kind hearted and genuine guy, and of course he was a compendium of football knowledge. Rest in paradise Hagan. And may God comfort and bless the family and friends you left behind. A big surprise to me, as well. Kevin was a moderator around here in more ways that one. I am just glad I was able to participate with him in last season's B&G fantasy football league. My prayers are out to his family and friends.

Anyone who has been on B&G in the offseason knew this was Hagan's time of year. He was the goto for any type of draft prospect on the Saints' radar.

Guido, you may want to consider naming your GM challenge after him.

I regret that I only knew him from the forum ,but will miss his humor and insights. I wrote a post about free agency and the draft and was wondering what his comments would be as I always looked forward to what he had to say . All of of our lives are diminished by his passing.RIP bro.

I came over just to see how everything was going and saw this, sad news indeed. Just remember he's in a better place now and he's got life time tickets at the 50 yard line for every home and away game. He will be missed leading up to the draft this year and beyond

I never met Hagan but I am really saddened by this. RIP

Edit: I just read his obit and we went to the same HS - he graduated a year ahead of me. Then we attended the same college. I'm sure our paths must have crossed at one point or another.

Haven’t been on the forums in a good while, but this is not the news i expected to come back to. Im so saddened to hear this...Hagan was someone i enjoyed seeing post here and talk draft with. You're right about Hagan and he never let you know anything was wrong. We were talking one day and I could sense he wanted to say something but never did. Walked softly and carried a big stick (his knowledge). I will miss him very much.

We need another fantasy league to remember him and keep Joe Sam too and I volunteer to run both of them!

it really is different. since i’ve been checking more often these last couple weeks it seems a little slower and very sad not to see a post from hagan daily. I always look forward to the discussions come draft time and it wont ever be the same wilthout ol’ hagan but i know there will be those times each of us will be watching tape on a prospect and cant help but think “hagan would like this guy.” Maybe that will bring comfort to some of you who knew him personally or frequently engaged in conversation with him on this forum.

I got an electric ass wiper on my 15 birthday as a gag gift and it was a dried corn cob with an electrical cord stuck in it. If I remember correctly we were getting drunk one night and someone actually plugged it into the wall. Nothing happened of course but we all ran like hell thinking it would burn the place down and it was my damn house. lol GOOD TIMES!
