Good article.

It will be interesting to see what route the FO takes at the WR position. Big name signing or mid tier player?

Never thought I’d say this but I really hope Zach returns for one more year.

FIND SOMEONE TO COVER TEs
Nigel Bradham stud LB that excels in coverage . Where I would spend FA$.
Malcolm Butler a elite player elite $$$$ would complete our secondary.
P Rob second time a charm $$$.
Kyle Fuller
Vaccaro is gone and Morgan Burnett and LaMarcus Joyner either would be a upgrade
ADD A OFFENSIVE WEAPON
TE is the obvious choice and Trey Burton is FA I would take
Tyler Eifert is a guy I would give a prove it contract
Another need is at WR
Allen Robinson is a high risk high reward player that I would love to have play with Drew.
Paul Richardson and Donte Moncrief also could be economical additions
CLEAR SOME CAP
Fleener needs to take a salary cut or go
Strief needs to decide if he wants to be a backup of retire
Morestead needs to be restructured for cap rel
OTHER CONCERNS
Address some or all of these above issues would allow us to pursue certain areas in the draft
Primary need for pass rusher is best addressed in the draft

I believe that we need to replace Fairley in our DT rotation (see Sheldon Richardson)
OL depth needs to be addressed and if Kelemente signs elsewhere even more so
Adding a quality KR/PR we be a significant impact on ST

Find a bona fide punt/kick return specialist. Tommy Lee isn't that guy.

Side note - why not try Terrell Pryor in the slot?? He's a former Buckeye .

DJ Chark can play WR and return punts. 2nd Tiger to have a TD run catch and return over 75 yds. He can fly. Russel Gage could be a Golden Tate type player. Jarvis Landry or Chark would give the Saints the best WR duo in the league. Darrius Guice is the best RB in the draft. Guice and Kmara would be the best RB duo in NFL history. Guice reminds me a ton of Deuce. Similar talent and character. Arden Key can rush the passer but I wouldn't reach on him. Tyrann Mathieu can cover TEs. Isn't Jimmy Graham a free agent? Hmmmm.

Good article. I like the way he breaks down what we need who can fill it.

Anyone else a little worried about Brees getting signed by the 14th. Only 9 days away and nothing. If not signed by then there 18 million against the cap

Nick Underhill is my favorite beat writer. He’ll get picked up soon.

Step one signed a safety. 6million per yr . Really this is a reasonably good deal on a starting veteran safety
