But then again, Coach O and the Tigers are setting themselves up to answer some questions this year losing out in recruiting again... |

Arden Key might run a 4.4 40. Then his interviews won't matter much.

Re: NFL Combine Information
I really want DJ Chark. He would be a perfect pair with Mike Thomas and give us the best WR duo in the NFL. He can fly. He's 6'3. He has a TD run, carry and return all over 75 yds. Yea. Only other Tiger to do that was Kevin Faulk. He'll probably slip in the draft because LSU's QBs and offense was dreadful so his production was mediocre. Watch out if anyone other than us in the NFC South gets him. DJ Chark and Julio Jones=nightmare.

My concern is his lack of productivity. LSU, in spite of the incredible stupidity of its head coaches to stick to the Quarterback-Athlete offense system instead of a Pro-Set, still has produced 15 NFL wide receivers the past 15 years in the NFL draft, not counting Priority Free Agents... With Chark, there's great risk because we really haven't seen if he can bring it week-in, week-out... Are you getting a Jarvis Landry producer or will you be getting Darrius Heyward-Bey who tests off-the-charts, can't produce? Not having a second round pick, the question may never get answered... And if we did have that second round pick, I'd rather continue beefing up our front seven on defense and our interior offensive line... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

Re: NFL Combine Information
Chark = Devery Henderson
Bringing back the Super Bowl talents. Wishful thinking since we don't have a second round pick to consider drafting him |

Chark is sensational with the ball in his hands. We need a guy to take a 5 yd curl the distance. That's Chark. LSUs passing O was woeful. Brees and Peyton could utilize Thomas, Kmara and Chark pretty well I think. |
