The Saints appear to have received a $3 million credit on their salary cap, attributed to returned bonuses from Nick Fairley's contract. It's unclear if that means his grievances have been resolved or if there could be any more future credits to come. That credit left the Saints with nearly $16 million in cap space after Drew Brees' new deal was factored in — but before the new deals for Demario Davis, Patrick Robinson, Tom Savage and Jermon Bushrod were factored in.

My sentiments exactly and sign Pryor in place of Nelson. He's got alot more left in the tank. Pryor just didn't have anyone to take the pressure off of him but in NO he would.

That is a big deal. Puts us over the median on cap space which is hard to do for a prior contender. Loomis has also stopped making stupid deals.
