Re: Any Faith In Willie
We let Coleman walk so the front office has some faith in him. He is a good down field blocker and I still feel the need for Snead!

Re: Any Faith In Willie
Given that the saints are in the running for Hurns, it doesn't appear they think so.

Re: Any Faith In Willie
No he is short and I hold that against him!
No, I don't make sense. |
Re: Any Faith In Willie
If he can't get open on some deep routes or make some nice runs being shifty or breaking tackles, then I think his value is pretty limited. Brandon Coleman, Willie Snead and Tommylee Lewis each have some good skills but I'd like a stud to put next to Mike Thomas.

Re: Any Faith In Willie
Saints WR Willie Snead is visiting the Ravens as a restricted free agent, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The Saints would have the right to match any offer that Snead signs elsewhere. But they would receive no draft-pick compensation if they let him go, since they tendered him at the lowest level.

Plenty of receivers available. Won't miss him.

Re: Any Faith In Willie
If you get a DUI that is massively over the blood limit, at 6:30 AM in the morning, that is a reflection on character, work ethic, and professionalism. Hate to be critical, but this past year he looked and played like somebody who was partying too hard, out of shape, and not aggressive....he crashed his car while blind drunk at 6:30 AM folks....if he'd stayed at the club an hour later he could have maybe hit a little old lady on her way to church, or worse.... Snead is one of those players who prefers the night club over the ball club....sorry. Will he bounce back? Maybe. It's entirely up to him.
