Terrelle Pryor ... should we now since we're thin at WR?
Pryor turned down a four-year deal from the Browns last year worth about $32.5 million, and they immediately gave that money to Kenny Britt instead. Pryor then signed a one-year deal with the Redskins, worth $6 million, but suffered an ankle injury in week two that derailed his season. He finished with 20 catches for 240 yards and a TD.
Browns are still in the mix for Terrelle Pryor even though he's visiting the Seahawks and Jets | cleveland.com |
Re: Terrelle Pryor ... should we now since we're thin at WR?
I was for it last year but he looked awful. Many drops then complaining about targets. Where he shines is on bad teams. If they are way behind he's going to get lots of work. DB's are also not covering very tight.

We aren’t officially thin. We do need to upgrade the #2 position

Re: Terrelle Pryor ... should we now since we're thin at WR?
Hurns, Wallace, Decker, Meredith available and a 8-9 WR's already signed, but no news that we are even talking to anyone...
makes me think we either feel like we are set or are planning on drafting one |
Re: Terrelle Pryor ... should we now since we're thin at WR?
Word on him is he does not like getting hit. Nobody does obviously but he's not one to sacrifice his body from what people are saying like a Colston or Thomas. Likely still learning the tricks of the trade like protecting ribs. One game last year he was complaining about some trivial hit on him about DB should have tackled him or hit him in a safer spot hahahhaaa! Yeah, ok buddy.

I think he is a one year wonder. I'd bring back Coleman before signing him.

The 3rd receiver needs special skillsets. Coleman became a phenominal blocker. Snead in his career was a 3rd down catch machine. Real football isn't fantasy. You cannot have all-pros in every position on the field. I don't see why the Saints need to spend a ton of money for an All-Pro as the 3rd receiver. SFIAH |
