Re: Saints are confident Marcus Williams will bounce back from last season's finish
I've said this a few times but Marcus Williams is a player I'm not concerned about in the Saints secondary. Eliminate the one "play", he had an above average season ... as a rookie at that.
He'll benefit by having Kurt Coleman on the back end. Keep grinding Marcus. |

I feel sorry for the first guy Marcus hits in the preseason. He’s going to get vaporized.

He should've made the tackle but there is no way we make it that far without him. I think he was just as important to our success as Lattimore.

He'll be fine for the Saints next season and I'm glad we have him on our team. Barring that one play, he had an excellent season for us!

Re: Saints are confident Marcus Williams will bounce back from last season's finish
I have zero issues with Williams. He made a critical mistake in a playoff game in his rookie year. After it was done...it was done. He played awesome all year long and was a bright spot last season. Williams makes this defense better and I'm looking forward to seeing his second season in this defense.
