I've said this a few times but Marcus Williams is a player I'm not concerned about in the Saints secondary. Eliminate the one "play", he had an above average season ... as a rookie at that.

He'll benefit by having Kurt Coleman on the back end. Keep grinding Marcus.

And then there was his interception against the Vikings that got us back into the game that is often forgotten...

I feel sorry for the first guy Marcus hits in the preseason. He’s going to get vaporized.

He should've made the tackle but there is no way we make it that far without him. I think he was just as important to our success as Lattimore.

I love Marcus Williams. He is a solid tackler and a ball hawking safety with great ball skills but Lattimore is easily a top 5 corner in the league if not the best one. What's such a shame is Delvin Breaux showed glimpses of being an A+ corner too. Draft Donte Jackson in the 4th round and we'll have the fastest corner duo in the NFL.

He'll be fine for the Saints next season and I'm glad we have him on our team. Barring that one play, he had an excellent season for us!
