Ive never really cared about the whole "LSU players to Saints" controversy... Mostly because no one is upset that only 54% of this LSU roster are native Louisianians.
Football - Rosters - LSUsports.net - The Official Web Site of LSU Tigers Athletics I suspect, and this only my attempt to apply logic to not drafting instate players if that is indeed a practice... Having a 250-300 mile DMZ for drafts helps to ensure that when draftees show up, they can focus and dont have hometown baggage on their mind... |
