Joey Harrington.

How could it not be? Look at the talent Detriot has amassed on offense. It's disgusting. Mike Williams, Roy Williams, Charles Roger, Tai Streets, Az-Hakim, Kevin Jones at RB, and Stephen Alexander at TE. :o

They've got ridiculous talent - if they can keep it all, with a coach like Mooch, they may be good for a while. If Harrington can't be tops in the league with this group he deserves to be run out of town on a rail.

Their defense is impressive too.

Cory Redding, Dan Wilkinson, Shaun Rogers, and James Hall as down lineman, and now they just picked Shaun Cody.

Their linebackers include Boss Bailey, Teddy Lehman, Earl Holmes... Donte Curry, Wali Rainer, James Davis...

Fernando Bryant and Dre Bly starting at CB for them... they picked up Brock Marion at S in FA.

Watch out for the Lions, and don't be surprised to see Harrington FINALLY break out (after all the Lions selected a QB in the draft and signed Garcia in FA so the pressure is on ole Joey just like it was on Brees).

Nobody wants to rip me on this prediction??? I\'m shocked.

And yes, I know that Hakim has been released.

Yeah and these jokers play the Saints in December. I\'m very wary of the Lions.

I won\' t rip into you BUT.......?

I Like David Carr in this category. Maybe not quite in the same situation as Brees or Harrington BUT They are getting impatient in Houst!

Carr has a brighter future ahead and I think people are\'nt questioning his TALENT as much as with Brees and Harrington BUT the pressure to win is still there. Thus I\'ll throw his name in this mix. I think the Texans will be a surprise this year, Iknow they start off against The Bills, Steelers and then Bengals, So that should give in early indication. 1 playoff team and the other 2 of many that they\'ll be fighting for a wildcard with.

I\'d say that with Dom Capers and Charley Casserly at the helm of the organization, the Texans are poised to do it this year or next. Capers is one of the best coaches in the NFL and he gets a lot of mileage out of his players. Casserly is a FOOTBALL man, unlike LoomBoom. Carr was frustrated last year with some of the things that happened, but he is a winner and they seem ready to make a move. My prediction is that they\'ll make the playoffs and lose in round 2. But barring injuries of a major scale like Carolina last year they have a good shot.

I don\'t keep up with the Lions that much. But, from what I\'ve seen of Joey Harrington, I am not impressed.

Last year was the first time in his 3-year career that he didn\'t throw more Ints than TDs!! (19TD - 12Ints)

I think he got sacked something like 36-times.

He can have the best WR combo in the NFL, but if he doesn\'t have good pass-blocking and a good running game, then I suspect the Lions and Harrington aren\'t going anywhere.

That\'s the point, I think Kevin Jones will be real good in the running game. Two years ago, his top two WRs got hurt. Last year, his top two WRs got hurt. If they stay healthy this year, look out.

I think Harrington needs that type of firepower, just to be above average. His situation is like Carr. They may have WRs running amok, but won\'t be able to see them, while on their backs. I expected Harrington to be cut. I wanted to bring him in.

I saw him last year\'s list of most overrated players. This list was from a poll of FO and player around the league.

I\'m looking for Palmer to break out, and for Warner to put together a solid year

I seem to remember Urlacher on top of that list.

Gimme a break!

That list was done by Haters.

I\'ve only seen Urlacher on a few occasions. The fact that I agree with the rest of the list, would tend to sway me towards the opinions of ones who have coached and played against him, though. Why would people single him out to hate on? I\'m sure he\'s a fine fellow. (shrug)
