this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Saints must get out of the gate early (avoid 0-2) this season ... home field advantage is doable....

Re: NFL to release 2018 regular-season schedule Thursday
I think you’re right. What I posted earlier may not be 100% accurate after all because now I’m seeing people say the Ravens game is week 7 and the Falcons in week 3. Only 30 more minutes and we’ll know for sure.

Re: NFL to release 2018 regular-season schedule Thursday
5 prime time games. Wow. I'm keeping my options open to go to the Saints/ Falcons Thanksgiving game. Like that we have Pittsburgh in the dome. If we had to go there, then we might be in trouble. That Baltimore game looks to be the toughest of all the away games. Dallas would be number two on that list. I'm not convinced the Vikings are going to be as good as they were last year, plus the Saints will be going in with a chip on their shoulder.

Re: NFL to release 2018 regular-season schedule Thursday
And 0-6 after.
We have a gauntlet to end the season. Good thing it looks like we have a 5 game extension of preseason. Better make it count. Saints love their 0-2 starts. No excuses this year. Glad we get Rams at home. I doubt Philly will be much of a problem. So how long do you think it will be until goodelll makes an exception just for us and gives us a Monday night game followed by a Thursday night game the same week? Has any team had back to back Thursday night games? |
