Intentional or not doesn't matter to me. One means you were dumb enough to try to cheat and got caught the other that you are too stupid to know what you are putting in your own body.

Not good, for sure. But, as always, I look for what you can get from the experience. Backups get more game experience. Ingram has four less games impact on his body come playoff time. Ingram just lost all leverage in his next contract. I get to hear the doom sayers crack out of their basements.
